Instructions For Loose Leaf: use 1 tablespoon of herbs for every cup of pure water. Cover for 10-15 minutes. Drink 3x daily (3 cups). Results should show in 2weeks to one month for chronic vaginal dryness. Do not boil your herbs, it decreases the amount of nutrients.
Instructions For Tea Bags: Steep one bag for 1 cup of water. Drink 3 full cups daily
Infusion Recipe: in a 24 oz. mason jar pour boiled (3 cups) purified/spring water into 1oz. of herbal blend. Fill up jar with the water and let cool out for an hour, then cover and put in fridge overnight. Drink following morning (a.m). Drink 2 more times, afternoon, night. Do this daily. NOTE: this way is the most potent way to consume but not required.
